Processing and delivery
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. Standard transit is estimated at 8–14 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; destination, customs and carrier conditions may affect transit. More favorable delivery terms confirmed for earlier orders remain applicable to those orders.
Shipping charges and tracking
Free standard US shipping remains available on orders of $50 or more where offered at checkout. Other shipping charges and available methods are shown before payment. Import taxes and duties follow the terms disclosed at purchase; we do not add retroactive charges. We do not promise express delivery unless explicitly included in the order.
After handoff to the shipping provider, we send the available tracking number or link to the email supplied with the order. A shipping label or tracking number alone is not proof of delivery.
Address changes and delivery issues
Check your address before paying. For corrections, missing parcels or delayed tracking, contact support@everhealthlab.shop promptly with your order number. Address changes depend on the actual processing status and are confirmed only when recorded by our team; changes after dispatch cannot be guaranteed. We investigate carrier records and explain the applicable options without inventing delivery dates or results.
